For over ten years, I've immersed myself in Sports Performance research, utilising it professionally while coaching and guiding teams and individuals striving for excellence.
With a Ph.D. in Social Sciences and three other degrees in education and sports coaching, my commitment lies in aiding as many people as I can to reach their best.
