Just like how going to the gym helps your body, mental performance coaching is like a gym for your mind. You won't see instant results after just one session! Changing negative habits, thoughts, and beliefs takes time. So, to achieve the growth and development you want, we need to commit to a suitable amount of time.

Certainly! Yes, it's possible, but it varies based on your situation. For instance, We work with some athletes continuously as part of their inner team. However, we also work with others for shorter periods, especially if there's an urgent need like an upcoming tournament in a couple of weeks.

One-to-one coaching offers the advantage of being customized specifically to your unique requirements. During the initial consultation call, you'll have the chance to thoroughly discuss your current situation. Based on this, I'll be able to suggest a personalised solution to assist you.

All meetings take place virtually through Google Meets (or other platforms if required), at times that suit both parties.
